Trena Lee (Arnold) Given, 70, of Saint Albans, WV, passed away peacefully and well-loved July 26, 2017, after a long illness. Trena was born in Charleston, WV, to John A. Arnold and Betty Lee (Atkinson) Arnold; she grew up in Saint Albans. In addition to her parents, Trena was preceded in death by her husband, Walter M. Given IV.

Trena attended Marshall University after graduating from Saint Albans High School in 1964. She worked as an accountant for Montgomery Ward for over 20 years and retired after the passing of her husband. She dedicated herself to the care of her parents in their later years, and delighted in the role of "TeeTee" to her grandsons.

Trena is survived by her daughter, Mary E. "Megan" Dailey (Matthew); her sister, Linda Freeman (Lawson); grandsons, Viktor and Alexander Dailey; nephew, Darrell Freeman (Rami); niece, April Martin (Chris); as well as brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, grand nieces and nephews, and many cousins.

Friends and family are welcome to gather in Trena's Saint Albans home for fellowship and remembrance from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 5. The family will return Trena's and her husband's commingled ashes to the earth privately at a later date.
