Listed in the Utica City Directory of 1817; Horace was a hatter by occupation. He later worked as a printer for his brother, George Camp.
Buried with his parents in Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica, Oneida, NY; headstone reads: "Horace Camp, 1788 --1817."
"Of the Estate of Horace Camp late of Utica, Oneida Co., died intestate. Granted to Lydia Camp of Utica as Admin. 25 Mar 1817" New York Probate Transcription. Since he had no sisters named Lydia and his mother was Nancy, it is assumed that Lydia was his wife. No mention of children.
