Shirley Daugherty,86, of Stafford, TX, passed away February 21, 2017. She was born in 1930 in Houston, Texas to Mason Graves Lockwood and Mae Hobson Lockwood. She graduated from Rice University. She was a longtime member of Braeburn Country Club where she was an avid golfer. She is survived by her children Kathy McKeever and husband Paul , Anne Daugherty and Michael Daugherty; her brother Tom Lockwood; niece Ellen Lockwood and nephew Damon Lockwood. She had 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She will greatly be missed. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
