Mrs. Parker Dies; Funeral Sunday,
"Mrs. Florence Mae Parker, 76 died at 3 A.M. Friday in University Hospital in Columbus. She had been seriously ill for two months and a patient at the hospital since Tuesday.
A resident of New Holland, Mrs. Parker was born in Clarksburg. She was the widow of Samuel Parker.
She leaves six daughters and two sons: Mrs. Hazel Johnson and Mrs. Mae Johnson of Williamsport; Mrs. Alice Hicks of New Holland; Mrs. Margaret Jester of Yellowbud; Mrs. Martha Gilpen of Circleville; Elmer Parker of New Holland and Ralph Parker of Chillicothe.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday in Brown's Chapel near Clarksburg with Rev. Thomas W. Taylor in charge. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Friends may call at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in New Holland after 7 P.M. Saturday."
