Emily Bernice Forbis was born on November 10, 1935 in Davidson County, Tennessee, and she was the daughter of Jesse Clifton "J C" Forbis (1900-1970) and his 2nd wife Alice Elizabeth (Neeley) Forbis (1907-1972) of 1215 North 2nd Street, Nashville.
She was just 12 days old when she died at home of spina bifida on November 22, 1935. Burial was the next day in Spring Hill Cemetery.
