Adam Avant was known as many things to many people. He was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew him best, Adam will be remembered as a very exceptional person.

Adam was born September 15, 1986 in Dallas to parents Scottie and Penny (Babb) Avant and entered into eternal rest on March 16, 2017.

Adam was a talented artist, and loved drawing and sketching. He was great at making people laugh through his imitating sounds and the silly faces he would make. He enjoyed being around children, and listening to his music.

Adam is preceded in death by his mother Penny Avant, paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.

He is survived by his father, Scottie Avant and wife Monica of Kemp, sisters; Amy Haffner and Steve of Garland, Holly Chambers and Robert of Mabank, and Mia Gideon of Smyrna, GA, brothers; Juan Mackinnon and Kirstie of Canton and Brian Mackinnon and Amber of Kemp, nieces and nephews; Tori Storm, Michael Earnheart III, Chloe Earnheart, Braxten Chambers, Noah Dilbeck, Sebastian Dilbeck, Jaylan Mackinnon, Kylee Mackinnon, Kynlee Mackinnon, Shyann Mackinnon, uncles; Danny Avant and Shelly of Seven Points, and Travis Avant and Cubby of Dallas, aunts; Bonnie Hawkins of Eustace and Connie Valderas and David of Mesquite, numerous cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Simply stated, Adam was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Adam leaves behind him a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life he touched will always remember Adam Avant.
