Jeanette Marose, 96, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 4, 2017. Jean was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Frank and Mildred Sladek and was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer, a daughter, Cheryl, and her brother and sister. Survivors include a daughter, Karen Boatright, a son, Ken, and 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Jean was a loving wife and homemaker, a mother who was always there for every family member. She was a long-time member of Grace United Methodist Church and was active in the Crusaders Sunday School Class. Services will be held Wednesday, August 9, 10:00 A.M., at Church of the Servant United Methodist Church, 14343 N. MacArthur Blvd., OKC, 73142 with interment at Resurrection Cemetery. The family would also like to express their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at St. Ann's Home and Mercy Hospice for their kindness, compassion, and professional manner.
