FREEPORT - Rebecca L. Dennison, 86, wife of the late Raymond H. Dennison, of Freeport, died Monday, July 31, 2017, at Freeport Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Rebecca L. Briggs, in Concord, Maine, the daughter of the late George L. Briggs and Hazel B. Robinson.
She lived her entire life in Maine, growing up in North Anson, then living in Freeport, Farmington, Brunswick, and Winslow.
Becky is survived by her daughter, Kathy A. Bruce, and husband Al Boynton; son, Scott R. Bruce, and wife Barbara J. Bruce; granddaughter, Emily J. Bruce; brother, George R. Briggs, and wife Diane D. Briggs; and many nieces and nephews.
The family embraces the staff of Freeport Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and CHANS Hospice for their kind and compassionate care during this difficult time.
Interment will be at Sunset Cemetery, North Anson. Arrangements are under the care of funeral Alternatives, 253 Main Street, Yarmouth. Condolences may be expressed to the family at:
