Kansas City, Missouri, Lewis Hulet of Rockport, Missouri; two sisters: Mrs. Helen Cassady of Kansas City, Missouri and Mrs. Delores Sylvester of Lee's Summit, Missouri; five grandchildren.
Buried in Grandview Cemetery, Albany, Missouri.
