Daughter of Isom and Eva Channell. Married October 6, 1859 to Benjamin Franklin Twist who died in 1915. They had seven children: Mary the oldest dying in infancy; Mrs. Dora Cranor died 9 years ago.

Survivors: Children: Mrs. Lola Elder of Albany, MO; Mrs. Ida Kate Mark of Rose, KS; F.E. Twist of Big Pine, Calif.; Mrs. Ella Kenyon of Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Mayne Hancock of St. Joseph, MO and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Urana died at the home of her daughter in St, Joseph, MO, aged 81 yrs. Buried in Grandview West (AKA Highland) Cemetery next to her husband.

Obituary in the 24 Feb 1921 edition of the Albany Ledger (Missouri).
