Her spouse preceded her in death as well as her parents, Levin and Myrtice Nichols Hemby, also brothers, Atwood Hemby and Derrell Hemby.

She is survived by daughter Connie; son Cullen Glenn Haddock; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Her burial place was stated to be Greenwood Cemetery.
