Last Rites Held For Kenneth Moore

He Leaves Wife and One Son Six Years Old, Mother, and One Brother

Kenneth Moore was born on a farm northwest of Norden may 13, 1906. When he was eight years old he moved with his parents to the Moore ranch. Here he lived until his death August 16, 1942. He passed away at the Valentine Hospital at the age of thirty-six years, three months, and three days, as a result of a car accident between his home and Valentine on August 14, 1942.
On February 28, 1935, he was united in marriage to Viola Mae Packard of Sparks, Nebraska. To this union was born a son, Lloyd Kenneth, age six years. After their marriage Kenneth went into partnership with his father, the late W. J. Moore, on the Moore ranch. After his father's death he devoted his life to the happiness of his mother, (who lived with them), his wife and his son. During his young manhood he lived a loyal life to his family for whom he worked long faithful hours with unlimited responsibility.
He was preceded in death by his father, J. W. Moore, and his younger brother, Melvin. He is survived by his widow, Viola, Lloyd, his only son, his mother, Katherine Moore, all of Springview, a brother, Lester Moore, grandmother, Alice Mock of Ainsworth, nebraska, and also a host of loving friends and relatives.
The funeral services were held at Ainsworth Funeral Home August 19, 1942, with burial in the Ainsworth Cemetery.
