July 1951 – Passage. TEMPE. Masanori Akimoto, 75, died Thursday at Mesa Southside District Hospital. Mr. Akimoto had been visiting his daughter, Mrs. William Kajikawa. Akimoto’s home was in Salt Lake City where he had been in the insurance business. Mr. Aimoto resided at 523 E. 7th South until last December.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at 125 N. Main by Rev. Clifford Nakadegawa, pastor of the Japanese Church of Christ, Ogden.
Friends may call at the place of services Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
