GIRLS AS PALLBEARERS
The funeral of Miss Martha A. Miller, who died at her home at Leisenring No. 1 from injuries suffered from a fall, was held yesterday morning at 10 o'clock from the residence and at 11:30 o'clock from the United brethren Church near Moyer.
Rev. B. J. Hummell, pastor of the United Brethren Church at Everson, officiated. The church was filled with relatives and friends of the deceased.
Miss Miller was employed at the Tri-State Candy Company, and the following girls from the factory served as pallbearers: Misses Sarah and Nannie Leichliter, Elizabeth Dix, Ada Hall, Hazel Linderman, Evelyn Morrison, Mabel Skiles and Bessie Dunlap. Interment in Mt. Olive cemetery.
