DENTON - Linda Louise Ernest of Denton, MD, died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the Univ. of MD Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She was 73 years old.
Born in Pasadena, MD, on Sept. 29, 1943, Mrs. Ernest was the daughter of Harold and Lillian Filler. She and her husband, Joseph F. Ernest Sr. moved to Denton in 1990. She was a homemaker and a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church in Ridgely, MD.
Mrs. Ernest is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph F. Ernest Sr.; her daughter, Bonnie Bel of Glen Burnie, MD; three granddaughters: Linzy Radcliffe, Mollie Williams, Sara Williams; one grandson, Joseph F. Ernest III; and two great grandchildren: Conner Redmond and Lexi Andrews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie E. Radcliffe; a son, Joseph F. Ernest Jr. and a grandson, Philip G. Radcliffe.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 12th, at the St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church on Central Ave. in Ridgely. Friends may visit with the family from 3 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11th, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A., 12 S. Second Street in Denton.
The interment will be in the Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
