Robert G. Ruby, age 51, of Millcreek, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Millcreek Community Hospital. He was born in New Brighton, Pa. on November 11, 1962, a son of the late George and Sarah (Moran) Ruby.
Robert did building maintenance and landscaping maintenance for many years. He loved fishing and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Robert is survived by his longtime companion of 23 years, Debra Tomei of Millcreek; a daughter, Karha Smith and her husband, Leslie; two grandchildren, Haley Ruby and Raylie Smith, all of Iwakuni, Japan; two sisters, Margaret McCready of Kittanning and Darlene Fry of Ambridge; also several nieces and nephews survive.
No calling hours or services will be observed. Arrangements were handled by the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street.
