Verna M. Laubheimer, 82, died Monday in Boise, Idaho. She was the former Verna Hornback, a native of Athertonville, a retired employee of the old United Furniture Co. and a member of Crescent Hill United Methodist Church. Survivors: two sons, William R. Philpott of Boise and James A. Philpott; a daughter, Joyce F. Ford of Holiday City Fla.; two brothers, Ted Hornback of Bowling Green and Raymond Hornback of Okolona; two sisters, Georgia Hutchison of Elizabethtown and Evelyn Doom of Jeffersonville, Ind.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday, Arch L. Heady Funeral Home.
