George is the son of Ruben Oliver Adams and the former Sarah Alice Lawton, he was the brother of: Rubie; Charles L.; Pearl; Herbert, and Oliver Ruben Adams. He had married twice, his 1st wife Elizabeth Caroline Harder Adams died in 1957, they had 1 son George Paul Adams. After Elizabeth died he married the former Loretta Hirsch.
