Vivian H. Arndt, age 88, of Neenah, died on Thursday, August 31, at ManorCare in Appleton. She was born on May 3, 1929, in Fremont, the daughter of the late Walter and Helena (Schiesser)Arndt. Vivian worked in housekeeping for Theda Clark Hospital for over 12 years. She enjoyed spending time with her great and great-great children watching many hours of cartoons, coloring, playing, and teaching young minds. She enjoyed watching the cooking channel and old movies. She is survived by her two grandchildren, Tammy(Terry)Schroeder, Oshkosh, and Jeff(Jackie)Campbell, Menasha; five great-grandchildren, James(Rachel)Ketchum, Aaron Ketchum, Alex, Ashley and Rebecka Campbell; three great-great-grandchildren, Ciara, James and Lillian; a sister, Ruth Stroschein, Oshkosh, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rita Campbell; three brothers, Gerhardt, Robert and Frank; two sisters, Leona and Ester.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at 3PM at the Lewin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Fremont. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1PM until the time of service.
