Clarence A. Lewis of FrankIln County, is Victim of Accident
M'CALL CREEK, Jan. 4 - Injuries sustained when he was pinned under a falling tree while attempting to save the life of a dog, caused the death of Clarence A. Lewis in a Brookhaven hospital. The accident occurred at Lewis home near here. Funeral services were held at Ramah Baptist church with Rev. Otis Jones officiating.
The victim is survived by his parents, Mr, and Mrs. C. B. Lewis. McCall Creek, and Leonard Lewis Sam, Clemon, Percy Lewis, all of McCallCreek, and Leonard Lewis of Natchez. Six sisters also survive: Mrs. Mamie Arnold, and Misses Ruth, Ora, Luna, Lethis and Lula Lewis, McCall Creek.
