Davis Earl Boulware Jr. was a talented singer/musician.He and his Country/Western band,"The Country Four" had a weekly spot on channel 36, WSBE-TV, on a show called,"Country And
Western Showcase".He was the husband of Rosie Boulware and a father.He also served in the United States Navy.
Davis was the eldest son of Davis Earl Boulware Sr. & Julia Valerie Levister.
He was the older brother of Kenneth Wayne Boulware, George Steven Boulware, Samuel Alex Boulware, Allen L. Boulware, Arthur Rex Boulware, Stella Boulware(Locklair), Martha Ree Boulware(Keller), Agnes Dean Boulware (Tanner), Emily Boulware(Raley), & Joyce Ann Boulware(Sawyer)
Sadly,Davis passed away in 1980 at the age of 47. He is buried along side his parents and other family members at the Cool Branch Cemetery in South Carolina.
Note: Davis Earl was fond of the old Jim Reeves classic, "WELCOME TO MY WORLD". I have an old recording of him singing it and he did a fantastic job on it! The Boulware's were and still are a talented family!
