Louis Кenneth "Louie" Ablard, age 81, of Tulelake, California, died Wednesday, January 5, 1994, at Klamath Falls, Oregon. He was born April 12, 1912, at Delphos, Kansas.


Louie had been a resident of Tulelake, CA since 1949. He was a former resident of Minneapolis, KS, San Pedro, CA and Torrance, CA. He was a farmer and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion and Elks Lodge, both of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Newell Grain Growers Association, Patrol Craft Sailors and was a director of Newell Pest Abatement District.


Survivors include his wife, Donys Ablard, Tulelake, CA; a son, Kenneth Dale Ablard, Houston, TX; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.



Funeral service at Shields Funeral Home, Minneapolis, KS. Burial in Hall Cemetery, southeast of Delphos, KS with military rites. Memorials to the Childs Clinic, Delphos, KS.
