Doris was born December 19, 1935 in Two Rivers to the late Raymond and Marie Chestnut Schetter and has been a lifelong area resident. She was a 1948 graduate of the Mishicot High School. Doris married John "Jack" Hessel May 9, 1959 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mishicot and he preceded her in death May 19, 1998. Doris worked as an assembler at Paragon Electric for 30 plus years. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Francis Creek. She enjoyed camping and traveling for many years, and loved to go shopping.
