Della May Brown passed away January 2, 1974. A resident of 1627 Ronald Ave., Fortuna.
Wife of the late Arley C. Brown who preceded her in death in 1962. Mother of Arthur R. Brown of Fortuna, Mrs. Edith Tucker of Hepner, Ore., and the late Archie C. Brown who preceded her in death in 1953. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Mrs. Brown was a native of Lonerock, Ore. She came from Portland, Ore., to California and Humboldt County in 1958 where she made her home in Fortuna. She was a member of the Fortuna Presbyterian Church. Age 81.
Friends are invited to attend services at the Chapel of Goble's Fortuna Mortuary Friday, January 4, at 2 p.m. with Dr. Kurt H. Munchheimer officiating. Private interment at Ocean View Cemetery.
Honorary casket bearers will be Jim Moore, Lowell James, Jerry Campbell, Lawrence Huddleson and Jay Sturgis.
