Aina Violet Woolcott

A private service will be held for Aina Violet Woolcott, who died March 8, 1999, in Borrego Springs, Calif., at age 77.

Mrs. Woolcott was born March 26, 1921, in Enumclaw, Wash. Her maiden name was Hermanson. She served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War II. She lived in Lake Oswego from 1949 until moving to Borrego Springs in 1971. She was a homemaker. She married Floyd in 1946.

Survivors include her husband; daughter, Pam of Juneau, Alaska; sons, Craig of Nehalem and Randy of Lake Oswego; stepson, Tom of Lake Oswego; sisters, Martha Sisson of Whittier, Calif., and Irma Hill of Sacramento, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Private interment will be in Riverview Abbey Mausoleum. The family suggests remembrances to the Borrego Medical Center, P.O. Box 2369, Borrego Springs, Calif. 92004.
