Mrs. Sides died Wednesday morning, February 9, 1983, at Villa Inn Nursing Center in Palestine after a lengthly illness.
The former Bonnie Beatrice Gray, was born May 16, 1902, at Mertens, Hill County, Texas, a daughter of the late Henry Sylvester Gray and Martha Jane Burnham Gray. She had resided in Palestine for the past 38 years and was a member of Crockett Road Church of Christ.
Her husband, Ashley "Earl" Sides died October 18, 1973.
Survivors include daughter, Earline Price and her husband Marion Wendell "Supe", of Palestine; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Gatewood of Frankston; and granddaughter, Mrs. Lee (Janet Price) Prince and her husband, Lee, of Palestine.
Pallbearers will be Lee Prince, Jimmy Cook, Lamar Roberson, Howard Sharp, Erb Mitchell, and Lowell Lewis.
Condolence calls will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
