Ruby Dean Camron - Age 86, of Nolensville, TN, passed away on February 25, 2020.
She was born on February 9, 1934 to Grover and Ira (Speer) Aldridge in Lawrenceburg, TN, where she was raised and met her husband of 48 years, Billy E. Camron.
They lived in Lawrenceburg for several years before moving to Nashville, TN where Ruby worked as a clothing inspector at a dress factory for many years. After leaving the dress factory, she worked at Gibson Guitar and eventually retired from there.
Ruby grew to love sewing through her work at the dress factory and was an amazing seamstress. She was also an avid baker and very involved with her church.
Family: Ruby is survived by her daughter, Susan Loveless of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughter, Brandi (Colin) Pajot of Atlanta, GA; great grandson, Ethan Pajot; and great granddaughter, Dillan Pajot.
Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Billy, who passed in 1998; her son, Ricky E. Camron, who also passed in 1998; and her parents, and her fourteen siblings.
Funeral: 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 27, 2020, at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road.
Burial: Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Nashville.
Visitation: 4 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2020 and 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel.
Memorials: Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (www.alzfdn.org) or Alive Hospice (www.alivehospice.org) which provided her loving care for the last few months of her life.
