Mrs. Lana Kathryn Kellogg Allen of Middleton departed this life at the age of 66 years, 6 months, and 1 day at her home.

She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas December 14, 1945 to the late Ernest Neal Kellogg and Mildred Schwartz. At the age of five, her family moved to Chicago, where she spent most of her childhood. As an adult, she lived in Clearwater, Florida until 1979 when she settled in Hardeman County with her first husband, Mr. Walter Reed Luker who died March 31, 1992. On October 18, 1997 she was married to her husband Charles Ray Allen, who survives. She worked as a floral designer for 15 years and was Catholic in faith.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Michael William Luker of Lakeland, Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, her step father, Samuel Schwartz, and her brother, Larry E. Schwartz.
