Betty Lou Banks , 91, of Hardy, Ark., formerly of Memphis, retired nurse's aide for St. Joseph Hospital, died Saturday at Eagle Crest Nursing Home in Ash Flat, Ark. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. Mrs. Banks , the widow of James Albert Banks , leaves three daughters, Sandra Banks Ruthelford of Lakeland, Fla., and Billie Pilalas and Norma Williams, both of Hardy, 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
