Azelia D’Aquin Hart was born in New Orleans to George Dewey D'Aquin Sr. and Jeanne Sulamite Michel D’Aquin.
Wife of Clement C. Hart. Mother of Philip S. Hart (Judy) and Fr. Paul Hart. Grandmother of Scott Hart and Teri Tankersley (Brian). Great grandmother of Matthew, Alex, Zach and Riley.
Sister of George Dewey D’Aquin, Jr. and Stella D'Aquin Marr. Half-sister of Donald S. D'Aquin. She was also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Hart was a life-long resident of the New Orleans area. She was a homemaker, and also an accomplished self-taught pianist. Throughout her life, she entertained extensively at area nursing homes and retirement communities, giving her last performance only a few months before her death, for the residents of her own community at Chateau de Notre Dame.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Chateau de Notre Dame for their care and compassion. Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 4921 W. Metairie Ave. in Metairie, on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 12:30PM, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
