She was born in Pike County, April 16, 1918, a daughter of the late John Wes and Parthenia Moore Sanders.
She was a cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Ratliff.
She is survived by one son,Jerry Ratliff of Ashcamp; two daughters, Linda Potter of Ashcamp and Chyrell Baker of Jenkins, KY; one brother Edward Sanders of Crescent City, NJ; two sisters, Anna Lee Boggs of Ashcamp and Pauline Boyce of Richmond, VA; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services at Hylton Freewill Baptist Church in Ashcamp with Clyde Damron, Edgar Sanders and Homer Lee Mullins officiating. Burial in the Ratliff Cemetery at Sycamore. Arrangements under direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Elkhorn City.
