Mr. Duhon died at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2002, in a Lake Charles hospital. He was a native of Hackberry and had lived in Sulphur all his life. He was a member of Sulphur First Baptist Church. He worked as a supervisor at W.T. Burton Industries for more than 70 years.
Survivors include two sons, Billy Duhon of Sulphur and Dr. A.D. Duhon Jr., of Cuero, Texas; one brother, Leon Duhon of Sulphur; one sister, Virgie Baker of Sulphur; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
