They proceed him in death. He married Carol Ann Spangler Van Cleve on Sept.3rd 1994. Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, and planting flowers. Suvivors include his wife Carol Ann Rehm, and two brothers, Rich and LuAnn Rehm of Decatur Indiana, and Rodney Rehm of Toledo Ohio.
