Richard E. Beckner, 65, of Huntington, husband of Karen Howell Beckner, died Wednesday in Mt. Sterling, KY. He retired from the US Postal Service. Funeral services 2:00 pm Monday, October 16 at Chapman's Mortuary. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
