She was the former Kitty Armstrong, a native of Bullitt County and a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Washington, where she was a faithful member of the adult choir.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd "Hoss" Branham.
She is survived by three sisters, two brothers, and a host of nieces and nephews, including three nieces who cared for her.
Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mt. Washington, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Memorial gifts may be made to her church.
