Virginia "Ginny" Jacobs, 92, passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Virginia worked with Magnavox for 18 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her three daughters, Judy (Leo) Herendeen of Fort Wayne; Janet (Martin Scott) Yager of Fort Wayne, and Joan Scott of Milford, IN; 7 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth "Bud" Jacobs; parents, Harvey and Verlie Holsworth, 4 brothers, and 3 sisters. Service is 1:30 pm, Thursday, October 19, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with calling beginning at 11:00 am. Entombment in Covington Memorial Gardens.
