Mrs. Kay was a native and life-long resident of Milledgeville. She was the Co-owner of Baldwin Body Shop. She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred Eugene and Agnes Cook Adams, an infant daughter Neva Jean Epps, and a sister Patricia Ann Smith.
