Patsy was born February 19, 1940 in Williamston, NC to Percival Lloyd and Millie Blake Arscott. Patsy is predeceased by her father and mother; she is survived by her brother, James Lloyd Arscott and his wife, Sandra Dillard Arscott, of Cary, NC, and a niece, Melanie Arscott James, and her children, Taylor Hope James and Roy Braxton James, III (Trey) of Wilmington, NC.--- Charlotte Observer
