Mrs. Virdie Estelle Kilburn, 75, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away Monday, September 2, 1991, at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN, following an extended illness.

She was a native of Alabama, a housewife and a member of the Holiness Church. She was the wife of the late William "Bill" Kilburn and the daughter of the late Jim and Mittie McDaniels Austin.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 4, 1991, at 1:30 p.m. at North Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Fulton Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, located in Lawrence County, TN, with North Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.

Survivors include two sons, Billy Kilburn, Jessie Kilburn, both of Lawrenceburg; two daughters, Joyce Kilburn, Betty Browning, both of Lawrenceburg, one step-son Lynville Kilburn Hohenwald, TN; one step-daughter, Mallie Chupp, Florence, AL; one brother, Ottie Austin, Memphis, TN; Laura Lyzek, Memphis, TN; two half-brothers, Willis Gene Austin, Summertown, TN; J. A. Austin, Florence, AL; one helf-sister, Coreen Whire, AL; five grandchildren, Several step-grandchildren; Six great-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren.
