Sadie Allen Manley, 94, of Reidsville, NC went to be with the Lord Sunday October 22, 2017 at Avante of Reidsville.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Tuesday October 24, 2017 in New Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Elder David Underwood officiating.
A native of Rockingham County, she was a daughter of the late John P. and Annie Paschal Allen and had lived in Rockingham County her entire life. She was a home maker, an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed making quilts. She especially loved her grandchildren and her cats. Mrs. Manley was preceded in death by her husband Kearns Edmund Manley, a son: Mark Stacy Manley three sisters and six brothers.
Survivors include her son: Vernon Manley and wife Wanda of Ruffin, grandchildren: Shane Manley and wife Ashley of Greensboro, and Brandy Joyner and husband Will of Winston-Salem, great grandchildren: Carter Manley, Lucas Joyner, and Elizabeth Manley.
There will be no formal visitation. The family will see friends at the home of her son Vernon Manley 2014 Lickfork Creek Rd. Ruffin, NC.
