85, of Springfield, died at 7:07 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2004 in her residence. She was born in Springfield on August 6, 1918, the daughter of Howard and Effie (Purdue) DeTray. She worked at Vollmer's Cafe for 22 years then worked for the Springfield City Schools for 14 years. She was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church. Survivors include her daughter, Earlene Sayler of Springfield, six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Taylor Dias in 1979 and two sons. Visitation will be held from 10:00-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2004 in CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
