John P. "Jack" Aaronson was born on February 20, 1930 in Trenton, NJ, a son of John E. Aaronson and Ann McCormick Aaronson. He died on November 4, 2004 in Houston, Texas.

Jack served his country as a member of the US Army, from which he retired as a Sergeant First Class after 20 years of service. He was a veteran of Korea and Vietnam and a member of the 11th Airborne Division, an organization that had its roots in WWII when it was formed as a combination paratrooper and glider division.

Among Jack's achievements the ones he considered the greatest were his four children and he adored his wife, Mary, to whom he was married for 53 years.

Dolly Aaronson ( Fernando) Fernandez – Daughter
Anna Marie Aaronson Funkhouser – Sister
Theresa Aaronson –daughter

and 8 Grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 a. m. Monday, November 8, 2004 at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Houston with the Rite of Committal following at the Houston National Cemetery.
