Thomas Jefferson Bowler was the 11 month old infant son of George Washington Bowler, Jr. and Harriet E. Simpson. Grandson of Captain Rev. Gideon N. Simpson and Ann Demint-Simpson. He is buried in the Simpson Cemetery. The Top Half of His original Grave Stone has been broken off. He lies beside the Huge Monument with his inscribed Name Thomas Jefferson Bowler on the South Side and Inscribed "In Memory of the SIMPSON Family" on the North Side of the monument.
