Lori Sue Keller Pope, age 58, of New Palestine, IN, went to be with the Lord Monday, October 30th, 2017, after a long illness. Born February 15th, 1959 in Richmond, IN. Daughter of the late Robert Keller and Marilyn Cox Keller Smith, and Lowell “Pete” Smith. She was a 1977 graduate of National Trail High School. Being a very spiritual person, she dedicated many years of her life helping others by working in the home health industry and caring for the elderly. Advantage Home Health Care in Richmond, IN and Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield, IN brought her great rewards.
Survived by her children Josh Pope of Greenfield, IN and Ashley Pope of New Palestine, IN; former husband Lee Pope, New Palestine, IN; brother Robert (Nancy) Keller of Oxford, OH; sister Robin (Philip) Morgan of New Paris, OH; sister Amy Johnson of Richmond, IN; brother Scott Smith (Freddie Thrasher) of Louisville, KY; grandson Taylor Pope; nieces and nephews Bobby (Amber) Keller, Brooke (Jon) Morgan Schmitz, Philip Morgan, Kara Johnson, Megan Thrasher, and great nieces and nephews Hannah and Jakob Keller, and Brennan and Elaina Schmitz.
