Survived by daughter Joyce Lazar Hurst; sons Jack Lazar (Rhonda), and David Fry (Robin); grandchildren Chat Hurst (Laural),Chelsea Hurst Tidwell (Matt), Joseph Fry (Brittany), Caitlin Fry, and Austin Speer. Great-grandchildren include Layton and Millie Hurst, Kaylix Marie Harper, Darby Ann Tidwell, and Ian Fry.
