Colleen Joy Martineau, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on August 17, 2017 in Bountiful, Utah. She was born on October 17, 1931 to John Wilson and Ida Louisa Monson Finley in Union, Utah and lived in Granite, Utah for 37 years. She married Jay G. Martineau, Sr. on March 17, 1951. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple.

She graduated from Jordan High School. Colleen worked at Mountain Bell for many years until she retired. She loved her family, fishing at the Gorge, spending time at the cabin, and gardening (flowers, vegetables, and berries).

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and siblings: Tobe Epperheimer, Rhea Beeney, and Veda Andreasen. She is survived by her children: Kathy (Scott) Richards, Jay (Debbie) Martineau, Luann Martineau (Franchow), and John (Collette) Martineau; fourteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 10:00 AM at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, Utah. A viewing will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary. Interment will be at the Logan City Cemetery, 1200 East 1000 North, Logan, Utah 84321.
