Patrick Joseph Alcordo, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.
Born and raised in Delhi, CA, Patrick moved to Gualala, CA in 1956 where he was a logger for three years and many summers after. He moved to San Jose, CA in 1959, and to Georgia in the late 1980's, and eventually settled in Modesto, CA in 1990. He was a member of the Philippine American National Historical Society. He was an engineer. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, cooking, and spending time with grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Conchita Connie Gin-Alcordo of Modesto, CA; children, Kathy and Dave Gardner of Angiers, N.C., Corey and Candice Gin of San Jose, CA, Calvin Gin and Nidia Garcia of Fremont, CA, Leland Gin and Laree Huntsman of San Jose, CA, Craig and Kimberly Gin of Pleasanton, CA, Christina and Chester Salvatorelli of Ripon, CA; siblings, Constancio, Ceasar, Tyrene, Terry, Eydie, Dosie, Maggie, and Tony; grandchildren, Nicole, Tommy, Katy Rose, Gabriel, Nathaniel, Adam, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his son Patrick Alcordo Jr., brother Tyrone, and sister Lucy.
