"Christine Shoffner, 84, Las Cruces, N.M., formerly of Sidney and Jackson Center, died Saturday at a nursing home in Las Cruces.
She was born March 13, 1900 in Ridgeway.
Her first husband, Matthew Archbold, died in 1935. She was later married to Alonzo Shoffner who also preceded her in death.
Surviving are five children, David Archbold of Rosewood, Martha Carr of Piqua, Thomas Archbold of Springfield, and Matthew and Nicholas Archbold, both of New Mexico; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
A sister and a grandchild are deceased.
Graveside services were held Wednesday at Las Cruces."
