PATRICK (Pat) EDWARD TINNEY, 63, died on December 26, 2011, at his home in Plant City, Florida, due to complications of Alzheimer's. He graduated from Owen J. Roberts High School in 1966 and went on to study at West Chester State College, graduating in 1970. He began his teaching career at Palmyra High School in New Jersey, and served as a Councilman for the Delran community. He returned to his alma mater in 1988 to teach social studies, health and physical education. After retiring from Owen J. Roberts School District in 2004, he moved to Florida and continued teaching for several more years. Throughout his career he coached football, basketball, and baseball for both school and recreational teams.
