June Louise Stafford 63 of Bolt, formerly of Kopperston passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from a sudden illness at Raleigh General Hospital. June loved to crochet, needle point, puzzles and animal crossing on her WII. She loved people and volunteered for several years at Heartland Nursing Home which is now Harper Mills.
June was preceded in death by her parents, William Blake Stafford, Sr. (1925-2002) and Flora Ann Arthur-Stafford (1928-2006), and her brother, William "Bill" Blake Stafford, Jr. (Deceased).
Those left to cherish her memory include her siblings, Donnie Stafford & wife Palma Stafford of Beckley WV, Nancy Stafford-Rewiss-Wells & husband Jeff Wells of Winter Haven, FL, and Barbara Doris Stafford-Stepp (1956-2018) & husband Doug Stepp of Bolt WV; sister-in-law, Donna Stafford of Orlando, FL; a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins; and her uncles, Kenneth Stafford of Kopperston, Bill Arthur & wife Doris Arthur of Daniels and Jess Arthur & wife Joyce Arthur of Shady Spring.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Brother Fairley Lusk officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
